A lot of good magnesium in one capsule, which helped remove my arrhythmia. I find it relaxing when taken in the evening. I’m very grateful for these miraculous supplements at reasonable prices, and the delivery was excellent!

No effect on arrhythmia
I bought this for my 70-year-old mother. She reports improved sleep and reduced leg cramps, but unfortunately, it hasn’t affected her arrhythmia, which continues as before. While I have doubts about magnesium's effectiveness for this issue, I won’t discourage her belief—it might help her.
